Data deletion & authorization removal

AccountPilot is local-first. This page explains the available paths for removing local product data and revoking connected TikTok authorization.

Remove local AccountPilot data

Local publishing jobs, schedules, operational history and application state are stored on the computer running AccountPilot. Users can request GudLabs assistance identifying the applicable local data and safe removal process for their installation.

Revoke TikTok authorization

TikTok authorization can be revoked using applicable TikTok account or authorization controls. Revoking access prevents AccountPilot from continuing to use that authorization for TikTok API operations.

Request assistance

Email support@gudlabs.xyz with the subject AccountPilot data deletion request. Include enough information to identify the AccountPilot installation or connected account involved, but do not send passwords, access tokens or other secrets.

GudLabs may ask for non-secret information necessary to verify the request and identify the relevant local or connected-account data. Third-party platform data is also subject to the platform's own retention and deletion controls.
