Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of AccountPilot, provided under the GudLabs brand.

1. Service

AccountPilot is a creator publishing workspace that may provide authorized account connection, media preview, post preparation, creator review, scheduling, Direct Post execution, publishing status tracking and connected-account analytics.

2. Authorized accounts only

You may connect and operate only accounts you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You must not use AccountPilot to gain unauthorized access to accounts, credentials, content or platform features.

3. Creator control

You are responsible for reviewing the destination account, media, caption, privacy, supported interactions, disclosure choices and schedule before publishing. AccountPilot may require fresh review when protected post fields or creator capability information change.

4. Content rights

You must have the rights and permissions necessary to upload and publish the content you select. AccountPilot must not be used for infringement, spam, impersonation, deceptive activity or other conduct prohibited by law or connected-platform rules.

5. Third-party services

AccountPilot integrates with TikTok and may interact with other user-configured services. AccountPilot is independent software and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. Third-party services control their own authorization, API availability, limits, eligibility and policies.

6. Scheduling

A stored schedule is an execution plan, not a guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, process or display a post. Authorization expiry, creator capability changes, network conditions, service availability, rate limits or policy controls may delay or block execution.

7. Security

You are responsible for securing your computer and connected accounts and must not bypass product safeguards, manipulate authorization state or attempt to force publishing after the product has blocked a job for review.

8. Availability and changes

AccountPilot is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. GudLabs may update, change or discontinue product functions. GudLabs does not guarantee platform approval, reach, engagement, monetization or uninterrupted third-party API availability.

9. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, GudLabs is not responsible for losses caused by third-party platform outages, account restrictions, content policy decisions, unauthorized user activity, or use of AccountPilot contrary to these Terms.

10. Termination

GudLabs may suspend or discontinue access where required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention or product maintenance. Users may stop using AccountPilot and revoke connected-platform authorization at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, subject to mandatory protections that may apply.
